I studied nutrition science at the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena in Germany and finished with a masters degree.

After University, I lived in Ethiopia, Germany and Japan for several years and became passionate about food providing because ultimately that's what you have to change when you want to eat healthy.

I meet women from all over the world and I asked all of them how they put food on the table every single day. So I extracted a structure of a meal out of many cultures and brought it in alignment with science.
